Ski Weekend Update

Summer is here!

Winter 2007/2008 is finally over. A very successful season that will be remembered for lots of snow right from the first weekend in December all the way through to the May bank holiday.

Now that the summer is here at Ski Weekend we don't just put our feet up and wait for the next snow....

The skis may have gone back in the garage but the walking boots and mountain bikes are now being dusted off for the coming season.

Have a look at our summer programme on our sister site www.nodeckchair.com.

Walking, biking and activity short breaks based in Chamonix and beyond.

If you haven't been to the Alps in the summer before then now is the time to visit!

Chamonix is more relaxed outside of winter without the rush for the first lift in the morning - warm sunny days, cool evenings and plenty to keep you entertained.

MOUNTAIN BIKING RUSH - 2 and 3 day weekends

Chamonix and its surrounding area offer a breathtaking summer countryside. From the dramatic scenery of the Mont Blanc and its surrounding mountains, to more gentle rolling hills and streams.

Mountain biking here is exciting and can be as difficult or easy as you want it to be whilst still giving you the satisfaction of being in beautiful alpine surroundings. You won't need to organise anything, we will take care of all the details so you can concentrate on the biking. This includes us accompanying and guiding you on your bike rides to show you the best trails and routes in the area.

If you can't take anytime off work, but want to have an action packed weekend mountain biking in a different location then take a look at this exciting itinerary:

Friday
Evening Depart London City airport or Heathrow. Arrive Geneva Airport. Private transfer to Chamonix. Midnight Arrive in Chamonix for late night drinks in your hotel

Saturday
