Following 'deconfinement', France is no longer in complete 'lockdown'. However, there is no current agreed opening date for ski lifts. The most recent announcement suggestst that sadly the lifts will not open at all this winter.
'Déconfinement'

Grands Montets
Currently we do not know when the Grand Montets will open for skiing.
Remember that the Argentière-Lognan et Lognan-Les Grands Montets cable cars remain closed, as a result of the fire at the Lognan cable car mid-station, which took place in September 2018.
Flégère and Brevent
Last winter saw the new €20.5 million gondola open at Flégère. This year Brevent has been celebrating its 90th birthday since its inauguration in 1930.
Aiguille du Midi
The Aiguille du Midi cable car was due to open again in mid-December after its annual closure. However, it will remain closed until the government policy changes.
Full Chamonix opening date
At present, it looks like the lifts in Chamonix will not open, including the Tramway du Mont Blanc (shown below).
